Derek is one of the 113,034 residents of Akishima, Tokyo. For more than 20 years, he has lived on the Oume line. His three children have subtracted several years from his expected lifespan; added large swatches of gray to his head; lightened his wallet; and given him years of joy. Derek discovered the joy of photography with the release of Canon's Kiss X. (Photo taken on his first outing.) He is waiting for a kind soul to "gift" him a Canon 5D Mk. II.
